I don’t like to move it move it

   I never thought I would see the day I would exercise twice a week amidst a pandemic outbreak.  Even though I enjoy long walks I hate exercising. However, some mild neurological issues and the fact that I enjoy eating A LOT made me realize that I have to take exercising seriously. 

   Most women feel in balance with their body and full of energy when they exercise. I on the other hand feel like a clumsy two-year-old who has little control over her body. Leggings suck and my pony tail makes me look like a young colonial man who is a woodworking apprentice.

    I literally want to leave my body at the gym and pick it up when it is ready. And eat without getting fat.

My personal trainer is ruthless and pretends we are doing things in my pace but everything is going according to her vicious plan-to make me fit.

    For years I work two supposedly part time jobs so I work full time 10 months a year. I hadn’t been addressing my health issues properly until I had no choice. Now, I try to earn less and at the same time spend more on my health. Believe it or not it is more profitable.

   I am off to the gym…Lord have mercy on me….💪
